Here at the Dover Plains DCCAP site we provide all of the programs and services available through DCCAP. Due to the high demand for services it is recommended you call ahead for an appointment.

The Thrift Store accepts donations of clothing, household items such as kitchen ware, curtains, bedding, lamps, knick knacks and gift items during business hours. We are unable to accept furniture. We discourage "dropping off" donations after hours and over weekends, as this presents problems involving dumping and theft. If you are unable to bring donations during business hours, please call ahead and make special arrangements.

All income generated by the Thrift Store goes toward meeting the needs of the community, whether in the form of Emergency Financial Assistance, Rental Assistance, to avoid utility shut-off, to access prescription medications, restocking of the Food Pantry, etc. We are dependant upon and grateful to our community, which has always given so generously to our Thrift Store.

Our Food Pantry is available to individuals and families on an emergency basis. There are income guidelines that must be met to qualify.
