Foundation for Community Health Prescription Assistance Fund:   Prescription assistance up to $250 per month per person for individuals and families living in eastern Dutchess County ineligible for Medicaid and with earnings at or less than  300% of the Federal Poverty Level (e.g. $60,000 annually for a family of four). - You may be able to receive free prescription drugs if you qualify.
