Kathy Sztumerski is presented with a certificate marking the completion of her 35th year as a volunteer with the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program. Charlie Milligan, State Coordinator for NY3 AARP Foundation Tax-Aide, is honored to present the certificate during the recent volunteer luncheon held at the Poughkeepsie Plaza. Kathy volunteered at the Blodgett Library and Fishkill Recreation Center as well as several locations throughout the years. Over 3,200 tax returns were prepared by 93 AARP Foundation volunteers at 15 Tax-Aide sites in Dutchess County this season.
